I listened to a podcast with Jenna Free and really resonated with it. I do not have an ADHD diagnosis, but I definitely have dysregulation. I feel like this book could be helpful for anyone that feels like they’re being chased by a lion when they open their email. It’s the perfect gentle way to get regulated.

When you’re dealing with menopausal weight, it can be hard to get ready for anything. Instead of trying to squeeze into the outfits, I might have worn in the past, I shifted to tummy flattering clothes.
