I listened to a podcast with Jenna Free and really resonated with it. I do not have an ADHD diagnosis, but I definitely have dysregulation. When you’re dealing with menopausal weight, it can be hard to get ready for anything. Instead of trying to squeeze into the outfits, I might have worn in the past, I shifted to tummy flattering clothes.
