A couple years ago I started putting on a lot of weight. It started after my mom died and chocolate was the thing that made me feel better. I’ve lifted weights most of my life, and I walk a lot. Nothing will budge the belly fat and sorry but I just love chocolate too much to give it up! So what were my choices? Give up eating everything I love and work out like a fiend? Or focus on being healthy and strong and buying clothes that are belly friendly? The second choice won! I love the place I am in my life right now and want to continue to set positivity out in the world about women that are aging and changing.
