It’s been 7 months since I decided to really dive into my own program I give my clients.

7 months since I decided my health was worth fighting like HELL for!

7 months since I stopped feeling sorry for myself for all my rare and scary health diagnoses.

7 months that honestly FLEW BY looking back.

7 months I am SO proud of myself for.

I vowed to check in weekly since and I haven’t missed a single one. It’s been challenging and there have been weeks that I didn’t want to, but the accountability helped me so so much.

Thank you for being on this journey with me. It has made a world of difference.

Here’s to maintaining good health, continuing to kick my own ass in my workouts, building lean muscle, and waking up every day to spend it with my family I love so much.

The time will pass anyway, guys. What will you do with the next 7 months?

Got a TRX and some dumbbells? Then try this upper body circuit!

Complete each move back to back with little to no rest in between moves. When done with each round, rest 90 seconds and go to the top of the circuit. Complete 4 rounds total!
