Putting myself on the list.

Last November I could barely walk half a mile. I decided my health was important and I put myself on the list.

I walk most days.
I eat better.
I am not perfect.
I keep showing up.

One day at a time.

I’ve lost weight and feel stronger 💪
Some days I walk three to four miles and some days I jog.

If I had never started, I would still be exactly where I was.

One day at a time. It is not perfection. It is starting.

I ordered a few items from Reformation to try on and I was pleasantly surprised.
The top is beautiful and is oversized so size down.
The skirt is a beautiful cotton and runs large so size down. I am unsure if I love it so it may go back. It’s a nice cotton material.

I stopped by @Madewell today to return and exchange a few items and decided to try on a few work wear pieces.
The jacket and pants run large and are meant to be over sized.
The dress is fantastic and stretchy plus it has pockets.
Runs true to size.
The cardigan is lovely and can be worn alone.
The t-shirt runs small and is short.
