EASY QUICK PROTEIN LUNCH🍜I was sent a protein bowl by Tasty Bite to try. I chose the Mediterranean Style flavor. It's filled with chickpeas, couscous, red kidney beans, white beans, and black beans. Takes only 1 minute to cook and I topped it off with the included citrus vinaigrette, which adds a nice brightness to the flavor.🍊Overall it's quite tasty, I added rotisserie chicken because I feel meat balances out the beans and couscous combo.🍗 Personally, I would buy this but next time I'm adding hot sauce for an extra spicy kick along with salt and pepper to bring out the flavor even more.🌶️ Add a piece of crusty buttery French bread and you'll have a complete meal.🥖

I don't wear foundation often but when I do, I like to set my face with setting spray to keep the excess oils away. I also use these settings sprays to set my eyebrows after I draw them on, keeps them in place perfectly!

Type 4 natural hair, don't sleep on the orange Skala curl cream! It really moisturizes, softens and defines coily curls. I find my high porosity hair is more smooth and it actually holds the coily curls, no gel necessary. I used it for wash n gos but I also like to use it for cowashing or in place of a moisturizing rinse out conditioner. This big jar lasts a long time too!
