EASY QUICK PROTEIN LUNCH🍜I was sent a protein bowl by Tasty Bite to try. I chose the Mediterranean Style flavor. It's filled with chickpeas, couscous, red kidney beans, white beans, and black beans. Takes only 1 minute to cook and I topped it off with the included citrus vinaigrette, which adds a nice brightness to the flavor.🍊Overall it's quite tasty, I added rotisserie chicken because I feel meat balances out the beans and couscous combo.🍗 Personally, I would buy this but next time I'm adding hot sauce for an extra spicy kick along with salt and pepper to bring out the flavor even more.🌶️ Add a piece of crusty buttery French bread and you'll have a complete meal.🥖

It's morning and my family was craving waffles. So I used my favorite waffle maker to make these huge 7inch fluffy thick waffles. I like to top mine with a couple dollops of Greek yogurt for extra protein. I really like this waffle maker because it's easy to clean, user friendly, the waffles come out the same every single time too.

I'm not a wig wiz but when I find a lace front that I can cut the lace, tint the net, style and go, I'm all in! I'm enjoying this new Outre wig Swoop Series 20, it's so soft, pre-curled, no shedding, easy to comb and the blue black color is lovely!

I don't wear foundation often but when I do, I like to set my face with setting spray to keep the excess oils away. I also use these settings sprays to set my eyebrows after I draw them on, keeps them in place perfectly!

Face creams with snail concentrate really add extra moisture to my sensitive skin and gently repair my acne without causing irritation. I like this moisturizer because its jelly-like texture is great for warmer months where my skin can breathe through the heat.

Even as a curvy petite, I've been enjoying oversized clothes this winter season. Sometimes it's nice to wear a slightly looser sweater with semi baggy pants. Type 4 natural hair, don't sleep on the orange Skala curl cream! It really moisturizes, softens and defines coily curls. I find my high porosity hair is more smooth and it actually holds the coily curls, no gel necessary. I used it for wash n gos but I also like to use it for cowashing or in place of a moisturizing rinse out conditioner. This big jar lasts a long time too!
