I always get excited when I find a face scrub suitable for sensitive skin. I like this one by Cetaphil because it's gentle enough for daily use yet it effectively removes dirt and impurities without disturbing my active acne. I don't even need to prewash my face. I just wet my face with warm water and then go in with the scrub. So not only does it scrub away the dead skin but it cleanses my face too.😁🌿

It has a buttery consistency that's a little runny but that makes it great for adding slip when applying to wet hair for wash n gos. Ok sensitive acne-prone skin, I found another exfoliator for you! I like the Cetaphil Extra Gentle Facial Scrub because it leaves my skin so soft, smooth and fresh.🌿 I recommend don't washing your face before because it's so deeply cleansing. EASY QUICK PROTEIN LUNCH🍜I was sent a protein bowl by Tasty Bite to try. I chose the Mediterranean Style flavor. It's filled with chickpeas, couscous, red kidney beans, white beans, and black beans. Takes only 1 minute to cook and I topped it off with the included citrus vinaigrette, which adds a nice brightness to the flavor.🍊Overall it's quite tasty, I added rotisserie chicken because I feel meat balances out the beans and couscous combo.🍗 Personally, I would buy this but next time I'm adding hot sauce for an extra spicy kick along with salt and pepper to bring out the flavor even more.🌶️ Add a piece of crusty buttery French bread and you'll have a complete meal.🥖

It's morning and my family was craving waffles. So I used my favorite waffle maker to make these huge 7inch fluffy thick waffles. I like to top mine with a couple dollops of Greek yogurt for extra protein.
