PROTEIN BALLS (Makes 12 balls) 90g rolled oats 125g peanut butter 110g honey 15g scoop protein powder 14g ground flaxseed 15g bee pollen 5g vanilla extract Pinch of flaky salt 30g dark chocolate chunks - In a bowl combine oats, protein powder, flaxseed, salt - add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract - Mix until thick dough forms & chill for 15 min - Roll into 12 balls (40-42g each) Each ball: 110cal / 11g carb / 5g protein / 6g fat / 2g fiber I added bee pollen this time but prefer without!
