Banded side step 2x10ea
Banded good mornings 2x10
Lateral squats 2x5ea

BB front squat 4x6
BB RDL 4x6-8
Front foot elevated reverse lunge with knee drive 4x8ea
Cable step up 4x8-10ea

Ended with sprints on the tread 🥲

5:00-8:00am morning routine!!

Actually UNREALLLLLLLL

CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST
2 cans of shredded chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 cup parm cheese
Drizzle of olive oil
Onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper

Mix everything up & roll out into a crust. Cook at 400 for 15 min or until crispy

Add toppings:
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella
Ham
Mushrooms
red onion
Spinach
& more seasonings of choice!

Put back into oven on broil until cheese is melted!
