Holiday Arugula Salad2 cups arugula1 cup mozzarella pearls1 cup mini cherry tomatoes*Optional balsamic glaze*Add the mozzarella pearls to the snowflake mold and microwave for 10 second segments checking frequently just until the cheese becomes soft and slightly forms to the shape of the mold. Use paper towel to remove excess liquid then pop in the freezer for 5 minutes. Arrange arugula in a wreath shape then add tomatoes and mozzarella snowflakes. Add some balsamic drizzle if you like and serve with your favorite dressing on the side.

The barn jacket is super popular right now, I've seen it everywhere but this one is a fraction of the price of any I've seen at $38. I sized up to a Large for an oversized fit. The cable knit sweater is under $20 and I'm in my true sweater size medium. The black denim skirt is super comfortable with just the right amount of stretch.
