I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Turning it around wasn’t one big overhaul. It was small, daily acts of choosing myself — the right fit over the “safe” size, sun rays instead of something to erase, showing up as me instead of hiding.

Your 50s aren’t a decline. They’re a return to yourself. Here are some of the things that helped me!

You all had some strong opinions about this one last time, but it’s finally back in stock! If you missed it before, now’s your chance to grab it. It’s definitely a piece that gets people talking!

A denim dress is such an easy staple to have in your wardrobe! I love how you can wear it for lunch dates, everyday errands, or a casual fall outing depending on how you style it. Just switch up your shoes and accessories for a fresh look every time.

This cozy set is one I could live in every day! I love how comfortable it is while still looking cute and put together. It’s the kind of outfit I reach for whenever I want to feel comfy all day long.

A dealership OOTD calls for a little extra glam! We paired a cute look with our usual morning AG1 routine to start the day feeling our best. Even on the busiest days, we love finding little ways to add some fun to our everyday routine.

So many good finds worth checking out right now! We’re sharing a few favorites that caught our eye and are going quickly. If something catches your eye, now might be the time to grab it!

We are 10s!!!! 😂😂😂😂 And you are too!

Affordable finds that look like a splurge are always worth sharing! We love discovering pieces that look and feel more expensive than they are. These are the kinds of styles that make getting dressed every day even more fun.

We’re sharing five denim styles that have caught our eye lately! From wide leg and mini barrel to relaxed straight leg and rich brown denim, these picks are a great way to add something new to your wardrobe. We found two options at different price points for each style, making it easy to find a pair you’ll love.

Poor baby!

Travel days call for outfits that are comfortable enough for the flight and cute enough for whatever comes next! This look easily takes me from an early morning departure to dinner after arriving. It’s the kind of outfit I reach for when I want to stay comfortable while still feeling put together.

Celebrating Big G’s birthday in style! Sending the sweetest birthday wishes to make the day extra special. Hope it’s filled with lots of love, laughter, and fun!

Anthro fall OOTD with all the cozy pieces we love this time of year! A classic sweater, favorite jeans, and boots come together for a look that feels cute and comfortable. Such an easy outfit for everyday fall plans.

All these items are going viral and selling fast!

Two fall trends we’re loving right now are knit scarf sweaters and argyle! We’re having so much fun bringing these classic styles back into our wardrobes with fresh looks. Both are easy to wear and add a fun touch to everyday fall outfits.

Flight home and a little campus sightseeing called for an outfit that was cute and comfortable! And yes, I’m wearing the viral Walmart cashmere again because it really is that good. Such an easy look for a travel day with a little exploring mixed in.

An Amazon beauty favorite for a reason! We’ve been loving this find and can see why it has so many great reviews. It has become a go to in our routine and one we keep reaching for.

Fall shoe edit from Walmart. Real genuine leather too

At 54, we’ve learned that feeling beautiful has nothing to do with waiting for our bodies to look a certain way. We’ve raised kids, lived through hard seasons, and learned to appreciate our bodies for everything they’ve carried us through. So yes, we’re putting on the dress, enjoying the moment, and feeling confident exactly as we are.

Navy and orange Nordstrom must-haves for fall! I’m loving these classic colors together for everything from everyday outfits to game days. So many cute pieces to add to your wardrobe.

Dallas looks good on him. 🤍

Watching Jack at SMU, surrounded by his people with that spark in his eyes, brought so many emotions I wasn’t expecting. This is the kid who used to fall asleep on my chest, and now he’s building a life of his own a flight away from home, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Growing up is supposed to happen, but nobody tells you that pride and missing them can exist at the same time. Tonight I’ll cheer a little louder, hug him a little longer, and fly home already missing him because that’s what loving them well looks like. Go get it, Jack. Mom is so proud. 🐴❤️

We didn’t expect an overnight sheet mask to make such a difference, but the BIODANCE Bio Collagen Real Deep Mask really impressed us! We wake up with skin that feels hydrated, refreshed, and glowing. It has quickly become one of our favorite additions to our nighttime skincare routine.

These dresses earned so many compliments from a room full of incredibly stylish women! Tegan and I had so much fun wearing them and loved how confident and comfortable we felt all night. They were definitely a favorite for both of us.

Amazon finds that look high end! We love finding pieces that look beautiful and feel like they cost so much more than they did. These are such great additions to an everyday wardrobe.

Amazon has so many cute early fall finds right now! We love adding cozy accents and a few seasonal touches around the house to make our home feel warm and inviting. Sometimes a few simple updates are all it takes to bring a little fall feeling into your space.

And you shouldn’t either! Wear what makes you feel good, choose pieces that work for your lifestyle, and don’t be afraid to have fun with your style. Getting dressed should be something you enjoy and a chance to express yourself, not something you have to overthink.

OOTD for dinner!

T+T, what to wear! This green Talbots dress is perfect for a fall wedding, dinner date, or special event. I love the rich green color for the season and the classic silhouette.
