Just a little girl from Indiana who once dreamed about a life like this, now getting to live it. There are still moments when I have to remind myself that these dreams have actually become my reality. I’m so incredibly grateful for every step, every opportunity, and everything along the way.

I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Turning it around wasn’t one big overhaul. It was small, daily acts of choosing myself — the right fit over the “safe” size, sun rays instead of something to erase, showing up as me instead of hiding.

Your 50s aren’t a decline. They’re a return to yourself. Here are some of the things that helped me!
