I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Turning it around wasn’t one big overhaul. It was small, daily acts of choosing myself — the right fit over the “safe” size, sun rays instead of something to erase, showing up as me instead of hiding.

Working on our Mother of the Bride arms with just a pair of 5 lb weights! We keep it simple with curls, overhead pulls, arm raises, and punches for 2 sets of 30, and we’ve been doing these right from our shower bench. Staying consistent has made such a difference, and we’re really happy with the results so far!
