Made an easy plantbased dinner since I was trying to use up some broccoli 🥦 & cauliflower I had in the fridge. Basically everything went into the air fryer at separate times. Olive oil, salt & pepper were the only seasonings, but the clincher were the sauces. I drizzled my homemade avocado 🥑ranch (recipe linked) and some sriracha mayo over the whole lot for a load of flavor. The extra-firm tofu is simply cubed, tossed with rice flour, salt & pepper, then spends about 20-25 minutes in the air fryer to crispy perfection.
