We've had mega harvest of green beans this summer & since I'm not adept at canning, I've been blanching & freezing them. 🫛

Simply submerse in simmering water for 3 minutes, then plunge into ice water.

I then drain & place in an even layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet & flash freeze before adding to a freezer bag for future use.

Love having this stash in my freezer.

One of my favorite summer salads 🥗has got to be this crave worthy Soba Noodle Salad. You can make it with or without the chicken in case you're going plant based at any given time.

The kicker is the creamy almond butter dressing with a punch of lime, allure of sesame oil, garlic and ginger. It's also a yummy dipper for chicken tenders 😉
