We've had mega harvest of green beans this summer & since I'm not adept at canning, I've been blanching & freezing them. 🫛 Simply submerse in simmering water for 3 minutes, then plunge into ice water. I then drain & place in an even layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet & flash freeze before adding to a freezer bag for future use. Love having this stash in my freezer.
