What's for dinner? 🍽️ Tonight's dinner could not be any easier since I'm just roughly chopping the veg I have on hand, tossing it with some pesto and adding chunks of swordfish (or any firm white fish🐟 or even chicken).
Skewer the meat & veg then grill indoors or out. Super flavorful, healthy & absolutely delicious.
I made a little sauce to go on the side with some Chosen mayo & a bit of that store bought pesto.

Pickle 🥒 Cupcakes!!! Yes, they're delicious. The pickles are actually air fried with sugar so make a sweet & sour candy like bite inside a moist vanilla cupcake 🧁
Top with a creamy Matcha frosting and they're quite divine.

These dragonflies have been clipped to our doors for a couple of days now and so far they seem to be working. Flies 🪰know that dragonflies are their natural predator.

I am absolutely loving my new @shark vacuum. Although I did not release the dust container properly, you can see in just 2 uses how much gunk it pulled out of my carpet. Phenomenal!

Let's make @Erewhon's #viral Sushi 🍱 sandwich, but make it into a bowl.
It's actually quite easy thanks to using a waffle iron to get that crispy rice texture.
After that, simply assemble & enjoy. I used cooked salmon instead of sushi grade tuna, lots of veg & of course some sriracha mayo.

I'm using a delicious cashew cream cheese like spread from @Treeline and subbing in rice paper wraps for the bread. The result was pure GF & DF perfection with that refreshing crunch of cuke🥒

Made an easy #plantbased dinner since I was trying to use up some broccoli 🥦 & cauliflower I had in the fridge.

Basically everything went into the air fryer at separate times.
Olive oil, salt & pepper were the only seasonings, but the clincher were the sauces.
I drizzled my homemade avocado 🥑ranch (recipe linked) and some sriracha mayo over the whole lot for a load of flavor.

The extra-firm tofu is simply cubed, tossed with rice flour, salt & pepper, then spends about 20-25 minutes in the air fryer to crispy perfection.
