When pain and health conditions make it hard to wear typical shoes, try a fashion-forward sneaker! My advice is 2-fold: 1- Choose a pair of sneakers in white or very neutral colors if you can. That will minimize their impact. If you can do a New Balance 327, they are stylishly chunky. But if you need a Hoka or OnCloud, try for one that’s white or neutral. 2- Honor where you’re at! Style isn’t a pass/fail subject. You have to be able to actually live your life and your clothes should serve YOU. So having shoes that make it possible to live with less pain is PART of your personal style right now. Wear them with gratitude and confidence as much as you can and you’ll be golden!!
