miniscing Sitting here thinking about where I started vs where I am now. A hobby turned into a part time gig. The highs and lows of starting something unknown and turning into a future business. Understanding now that consistency and quality is better than quantity with no depth. Moral of the Story: Get own of your own way!! It’s only crazy until it happens. Your hard work is going to pay off. BUT remember these tips in the meantime: 1. Be authentic to who you are. 2. Create a balance between the audience you have now and the audience you are seeking to serve. 3. Consistency is key! Don’t confuse the people. Stay in your pocket while adding a sprinkle to intro something new. 4. Growth in engagement is better then growth in followers (imagine having 50,000 followers and only 1% engagement? Crazy yet!!!!)
