To all of my people with Plantar Fasciitis pain, welcome to my world! For years I've been dealing with this condition and haven't been able to find the best relief for my feet when it comes to the proper shoes and at-home care - so these are a few of my favorite items to help me regain control to having a "normal" barefoot life, again.
