To all of my people with Plantar Fasciitis pain, welcome to my world! For years I've been dealing with this condition and haven't been able to find the best relief for my feet when it comes to the proper shoes and at-home care - so these are a few of my favorite items to help me regain control to having a "normal" barefoot life, again. I miss having the days where I could enjoy a nice hot foot bath, but I've been having to do cold baths lately due to my inflammation - so this bubble bath foot spa is a perfect relaxation tool to use along with one of my favorite muscle relaxing Epsom salts by Dr. Teal. I also have my Cold Compression Ice Pack socks in the freezer ready to go for days when I'm standing on my feet all day! I'm also in LOVE with my EMS/TENS unit that sends electromagnetic waves to the body to promote healing. The other tools are perfect for wind down after-care when it comes down to working out or standing on your feet for long periods of time! These include the Air Compression Leg System to promote blood circulation in the body and possibly helps to drain lymphatic fluids. The wobble board is perfect to practice subtle physical therapy movements to strengthen your ankle muscles since mine have weakened in the +6 year process.
