Summer might almost be over, but Florida clearly didn’t get the memo. ☀️🌴 In the meantime, I’ll be hanging by the pool this weekend in this number.

This crochet set from Calzedonia is one of my favorite end-of-summer finds—the sleeveless top + matching palazzo pants have that beautiful open-knit texture and an easy, relaxed shape that feels made for hot days.

Finished it with this Calypso Tote, a roomy woven neoprene tote that carries everything I need for a pool day, weekend outing or just running around town.

My favorite summer sandals. 🤎 The woven raffia, leather details + tortoise buckle make these flats feel so chic, and the cushioned footbed is incredibly comfortable for all-day wear. I share a lot of workout videos, and I’m often asked, “Okay, but what do you eat?”

Fair question — because what we eat matters just as much as (and sometimes more than) how often we work out.

I’m going to start sharing more of what that actually looks like for me day to day. One thing I always come back to: cutting back on refined sugar. It’s one of the simplest shifts that supports fat loss, energy, and lowers inflammation.

This is one of the ways I do it: I used to crave something sweet after meals or mid-afternoon — and more often than not, it was chocolate. 🍫 Now I reach for dates instead.

Organic, pitted Deglet Nour dates from @sunnyfruitofficial , paired with a little organic ghee or a sliver of Manchego… and it genuinely hits the spot. Sweet, satisfying, and indulgent enough that it doesn’t feel like a downgrade or a “better-for-you compromise.”
