I’m always on the hunt for activewear made with non-toxic, skin-safe fabrics — but let’s be honest, most of those sets run $80+ per piece. This Colorfulkoala Dreamlux set is such a good find because it checks the clean-fabric box without the luxury price tag (these are around $30 each).

The Dreamlux fabric is incredibly buttery soft, supportive without feeling tight, and just really comfortable to wear. I’m in the Major Brown shade — a beautiful caramel-leaning neutral — wearing a size small in both pieces. The 28” inseam is perfect on me at 5’7”.

I share a lot of workout videos, and I’m often asked, “Okay, but what do you eat?”

Fair question — because what we eat matters just as much as (and sometimes more than) how often we work out.

I’m going to start sharing more of what that actually looks like for me day to day. One thing I always come back to: cutting back on refined sugar. It’s one of the simplest shifts that supports fat loss, energy, and lowers inflammation.

This is one of the ways I do it: I used to crave something sweet after meals or mid-afternoon — and more often than not, it was chocolate. 🍫 Now I reach for dates instead.

Organic, pitted Deglet Nour dates from @sunnyfruitofficial , paired with a little organic ghee or a sliver of Manchego… and it genuinely hits the spot. Sweet, satisfying, and indulgent enough that it doesn’t feel like a downgrade or a “better-for-you compromise.”

This is the Jayflex bar everyone’s been asking about—and yes, it really is that simple.

You screw your hex dumbbells onto each end, lock them in, and instantly turn two dumbbells into a barbell. No bulky setup, no extra plates, no space-hogging equipment.
