These 7 exercises were the pillar of rebuilding core strength for me immediately postpartum and still are to this day. Each exercise targets, different areas and altogether provide a comprehensive approach to rebuilding all parts, including the pelvic floor. I encourage you to start out slow focusing on controlled stability as opposed to rep quantity.
