You don’t actually want a smaller body. You want to feel like yourself again. And no one talks about that part. The 11pm thoughts. The “why don’t my clothes fit the same?” The guilt for even caring about your body. The exhaustion that makes workouts feel impossible. You love your babies. But you miss your strength. Your confidence. Your discipline. Your energy. And most days, fitness feels like something you have to steal time for. So here’s what changed everything for me: I stopped waiting for “perfect workout time.” I started stacking strength into play. Squats while we clean up toys. Lunges during stroller walks. Core work while we’re on the floor. Bear crawls down the hallway. It’s not glamorous. It’s not aesthetic. It’s not 60 uninterrupted minutes. But it’s consistent. And consistency rebuilds more than muscle. It rebuilds identity. If you’re a mom who: • Works • Feels behind in her body • Has tried programs but can’t stay consistent • Stays up at night promising herself “tomorrow I’ll start again” You don’t need more pressure. You need integration. I’m building something for moms who want strength without choosing between themselves and their kids. Because postpartum fitness shouldn’t require disappearing from your life to get your body back. It should fit inside it. Comment “PLAY” if this hit you. I’m listening.
