Who else didn’t know what a décolletage was until today?! 😂

I had to look up what it’s called for this video, but I’ve been noticing I’m starting to get wrinkles in this area (both on my neck and chest), so I’ve been focusing more attention on doing skin care all the way down to my chest!

I do a face mask once a week (like in the vid), but I’ve also been applying all of my skin care products that I use on my face to my neck & chest, as well as using my gua sha on the area 💕

My favorite natural hair growth treatments, as a Certified Trichologist, RANKED! 🥰

1. Rosemary oil - 10/10, stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles

2. Rice water rinses - 5/10, while these are AMAZING if your hair needs a protein treatment, they can be overdone & lead to protein overload in the hair, so be extra careful!

3. Coffee scrubs - 4/10, they work good enough for cleansing the scalp but they don’t do much for hair growth since they’re washed off so quickly. (But see #5 on my list for a better option!)

4. ACV rinses - 7/10, they’re great for rebalancing oily scalps, creating an optimal environment for hair to grow.

5. Caffeine (topically) - 9/10, stimulates hair follicle growth, improves follicle penetration, & promotes hair growth!
