Turn any old picture frame into a WREATH for your door! I painted my frame gold before adding black paint to the ornate details for depth. I wired and glued my fall stems to the lower left quadrant of my frame but you can add florals anyway you like! Is this a thrifted upcycle you’ll try??

One of the best decisions we made for the outside of our home was installing permanent string lights! They work with an app to customize patterns, colors, schedules and we love using them all year round for celebrations! And the best part? We never have to string lights again! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

No one prepares you for this part of parenting.

The part where your little boy is still asking you to tuck him in at night… but is suddenly old enough to learn how to wash his own clothes, mop a floor, or make himself lunch.

He’s only 10. I’m not wishing these years away—not even a little.

If anything, I wish I could slow them down.

But I also know that every load of laundry, every folded towel, every mopped floor, and every little life lesson is another way of saying, “I love you enough to prepare you.”

One day these things won’t be “Mom jobs.”

They’ll just be life.

And while I hope that day is a long, long way off… I hope when it comes, he’ll know how to care for himself, his home, and maybe even the people he loves.

it’s a pretty simple process but you have to follow some rules!
⭐️Make sure you follow the heating instructions on the wax you choose
⭐️Pick the right vessel - you need to be sure it’s heat safe!!
⭐️One wick might not cut it depending on your vessel: Under 3.5 inches: 1 wick, 3.5 to 4.5 inches: 2 wicks (placed halfway between the center and the edge, at least 1.5 inches apart, 4.5 to 6 inches: 3 to 4 wicks (spaced evenly to keep flames apart and avoid overheating the jar).
⭐️the first time you burn your candle, make sure the wax melts all the way to the edge to prevent your candle from tunneling
