No one prepares you for this part of parenting. The part where your little boy is still asking you to tuck him in at night… but is suddenly old enough to learn how to wash his own clothes, mop a floor, or make himself lunch. He’s only 10. I’m not wishing these years away—not even a little. If anything, I wish I could slow them down. But I also know that every load of laundry, every folded towel, every mopped floor, and every little life lesson is another way of saying, “I love you enough to prepare you.” One day these things won’t be “Mom jobs.” They’ll just be life. And while I hope that day is a long, long way off… I hope when it comes, he’ll know how to care for himself, his home, and maybe even the people he loves. So this summer, we’re making memories… …and learning a few life skills along the way with the help of @cleanwithlibman 💚 LTKmomlife
