Let’s talk sports bras. I battle neck pains and migraines so finding the right sports bra is important. I really love these from old navy- they offer support but don’t put stress on my neck. Need a quick and easy Breakfast? These oats overnight are delicious. I add almond milk, then grab and go in the morning.

I love working on my arms.. did you know your biceps and triceps have little muscles within the muscle. It’s important that you work different angles to target all areas. These are great burners for the end of a tricep workout!
