Cheesy Corn Dip
- 2 cans of Sweet Corn
- 1 block Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 cup Scallions, chopped
- 1 small can Green Chiles, chopped
- Garnish with Chili Powder

Mix together & serve with corn chips. You can serve this hot or cold (I prefer it cold). It’s good with Fritos, Tortilla Chips and even Doritos!
