My closing shift looks a little different in the summer ☀️ Now it’s less about perfectly resetting the house… and more about making tomorrow easier. Summer nights now look like: - restocking activity bags - resetting outside toys - baseball bags by the door - water bottles filled - picnic lunches prepped - fruit washed and stocked always - swimsuits and towels ready again - making sure sunscreen, snacks, and all the random summer chaos is actually where we can find it - & of course the usual tables wiped, dishwasher started & items picked up Because summer gets overwhelming FAST when everything is last minute. I’ve learned that the goal isn’t a perfect house in this season. It’s creating systems that help our days run smoother — even when life is busy.
