Do you struggle with #inflammation? (Sometimes it’s mistaken for #weightgain.) This is my leg, so I had to find something that worked. 

Doctor-prescribed #peptides like #Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) can help, but there are also things you can do at home… like staying away from ultra-processed foods, excess stress, poor sleep, smoking, and excessive alcohol.

A Mediterranean diet is great! And don’t forget to take care of your gut! The supplements I’m tagging are great to help reduce inflammation as well.

Several of my friends are taking doctor-prescribed GLPs for weight loss. If you’re on this journey, here are some tips to maximize your experience. 1. Consume at least 100-120 g of protein a day (even if it’s a protein shake). 2. Keep moving. You don’t have to live at the gym, but sitting on the couch all day will do nothing to help you reach your goal. 3. Stay hydrated. Water is your friend. Electrolytes are also great. 4. Take digestive enzymes before you eat, and they will make a world of difference for you (no bloating). Good luck! You got this! #weightloss
