Several of my friends are taking doctor-prescribed GLPs for weight loss. If you’re on this journey, here are some tips to maximize your experience. 1. Consume at least 100-120 g of protein a day (even if it’s a protein shake). 2. Keep moving. You don’t have to live at the gym, but sitting on the couch all day will do nothing to help you reach your goal. 3. Stay hydrated. Water is your friend. Electrolytes are also great. 4.
