My last yoga class of 2025 🩷✨🧘🏻‍♀️

What a difference a year makes. Last year, I was so excited to participate in the Revive & Rise Yoga Holiday Challenge but only made it to two classes because I was so sick from IVF. I was so disappointed and overall in a bad headspace. And to get no baby from it when that’s all you wanted, it was really heartbreaking.

This year, I was ready to redeem myself! I made it a mission to attend the 12 classes needed to complete the challenge and I did it!!!! I didn’t think it’d be that hard to finish 12 but with the holidays, busy schedules, events, it was harder than I thought!

Which makes it that much sweeter that I not only completed it but held myself accountable during it. 2025 was so hard for me but yoga, friends and family got me through it!! Beyond grateful.

Thank you @jenny33penny for an awesome last class of the year, it was exactly what I needed. You are truly the best! 🤍

Unbox my first @liforme yoga mat with me! 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’ve been taking more heated classes and it was time to get a stickier mat! liforme came highly recommended and the color/design options were endless (if I told you how long it took me to pick one you’d roll your eyes 😂)

Something I’ve learned that works for me? Different mats for different classes. I love my Stakt mat for non-heated yoga & mat Pilates while I need a stickier mat like Liforme for the heated ones ✨

I picked my 40 minute @yourreformer session and finished it off with some cardio on my elliptical. Loving my little basement wellness area 🧘🏻‍♀️
