My last yoga class of 2025 🩷✨🧘🏻‍♀️ What a difference a year makes. Last year, I was so excited to participate in the Revive & Rise Yoga Holiday Challenge but only made it to two classes because I was so sick from IVF. I was so disappointed and overall in a bad headspace. And to get no baby from it when that’s all you wanted, it was really heartbreaking. This year, I was ready to redeem myself! I made it a mission to attend the 12 classes needed to complete the challenge and I did it!!!! I didn’t think it’d be that hard to finish 12 but with the holidays, busy schedules, events, it was harder than I thought! Which makes it that much sweeter that I not only completed it but held myself accountable during it. 2025 was so hard for me but yoga, friends and family got me through it!! Beyond grateful.
