WHY do you RUN? I run for a lot of reasons. Those reasons change daily, but some stay consistent. I have been running ‘for me’ for over 2.5 decades. I am 40 years old now and am training for my first FULL marathon. Marathon training is NO joke. It’s hard. Like really hard, but I do it because I know it’s hard, but I also know I’m capable of hard things. Maybe running isn’t your jam, but find something that challenges you. Something that stares back at you square in the face and challenges you to become a better version of yourself. I have a few things I can’t run without: my Goodr sunglasses, my On Running shoes, Features socks, and my Lululemon fast and free running pants. Essential to runner life!
