What I wore today 🤍 XS top (size down!!!) I also wear this as a coverup.. it’s seriously one of the best pieces for your closet! Size 24 jeans— some of my MOST worn. Worth every penny!! I’m normally a 2/26 but went down two in these for a fitted look.. if you want them as a baggy as the model you don’t have to go down. Personal fit preference!!

Chambray top: size down if in between.. runs oversized.
Striped jumpsuit: SIZE DOWN! It runs huge.

Blue romper: I’m in my true S but want a M! It runs very fitted. (Has padding! You don’t need a bra!)

Kept it super comfy and casual for church today 🩵 this Amazon top will forever be a top fave of mine!! Size small. Jeans: size 00/24. I usually size down one in AE to a 0/25 but I went down two sizes in these! Sooo comfy.

Wearing XS in the things it’s offered (I wish that pleated tank came in XS!), and smalls in everything else that didn’t come in XS! 💛🧈

I’m 5’4, usually a size 2 or small and typically always size down to XS in target! I went down to XS in everything except the little yellow dress (I did a S!), the blue sweater (went up to a L for oversized fit!) and did a S in the floral shorts I paired with them since those types of shorts run short. ***I forgot to mention!! The bandana skirt is XXS. It was the LAST one at my target but I was dying to try it on.. it fits in the waist but it’s too short for my liking. I’d prefer XS! My usual target size. FYI!

YOU ARE MORE THAN THE # ON THE SCALE!! 📢 Can it be a tool? Of course. But PLEASE know, ladies, it does not give you the full picture! I spent wayyyy too many years letting the scale determine my mood for the day. Up a pound? I’d be upset, hard on myself and derail my health journey yet again. 🙈 Can you relate?? I’ve helped a few friends through their health journey and when the scale stops moving, they become frustrated and think the plan isn’t working anymore. That’s NOT true. Body recomp is typically what’s happening and that’s WHAT WE WANT! 💪🏻 That simply means you’re losing fat while maining or gaining lean muscle mass. I’ve been trying to focus on increasing my calories and gaining muscle lately, and the scale hasn’t moved BUT I put this skirt on this morning and couldn’t believe the room in my waist.. I don’t take measurements but wish I would’ve! It definitely is a much better representation than a # on the scale, IMO. I focus on how I FEEL vs. weighing in now. And it’s such a freeing place to be! 🥰 I hope this gives you some encouragement today. #naturalweightloss #weightlossjourney

I’m 5’4, wearing XS in everything! I do kinda wish I did S in the first dress — it was a struggle to zip at the top.. lol! My ribs/back are built kinda wide for my frame, so if you’re built like that too OR busty, then you may need to order up a size for comfort! 😘

lol LISTEN — I am out here fighting for my life trying to build muscle.. soo, be nice. But really!! Even a *little* muscle is something I’m SO proud of. 🥹 At 215 lbs and a size 14, I would stay in hoodies even in the summertime just to hide my arms… I wish I could go back and hug that version of myself.
