Cheesy Taco Pasta Ingredients • 1 lb ground beef • 1 block Colby Jack cheese (shredded) • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 small yellow onion, diced • 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder) • 1 packet taco seasoning • 2 small tomatoes, diced (or 1 can diced tomatoes) • 1 cup frozen corn (or 1 can drained corn) • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed • 1 box macaroni noodles (about 16 oz) • 2 cups milk • 1 ½ cups water • Salt, pepper, basil, and red pepper flakes (to taste) ⸻ Instructions 1. Sauté aromatics In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. 2. Cook beef Add ground beef and taco seasoning.
