Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Dash if red pepper flakes
Parm cheese

Preheat oven 375
Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes or microwave for 5 after washing
Smash with potatoes masher or with fork
Brush oil & seasonings on all the potatoes
Sprinkle parm cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or until desired crispiness
