Putting my yoga teacher hat on to tell you that 5 minutes with your legs up the wall will do wonders for your nervous system. It helps stimulate the vagus nerve which takes you out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and digest”. This reduces heart rate, blood pressure, improves sleep and even helps with mental clarity.
