Spicy Korean ground turkey bowl Ingredients: 1 tablespoon oil 1 lb. ground turkey 1/2 onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste) 1 teaspoon sesame oil Green onion, sliced for garnish Directions: 1. Heat oil in a skillet on medium high, add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. 2. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar and gochujang. Stir to combine and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat then add the green onion and sesame oil. Stir to combine. 4. Serve with rice, noodles, sweet potato glass noodles or in a lettuce wraps. Enjoy ❤️
