Easter Bunny Crack might be the most dangerous Easter treat I’ve made 🐰✨ It’s sweet, salty, crunchy, and loaded with all the fun pastel toppings. The buttery toffee layer + white chocolate combo is what makes this one disappear FAST.

It starts with a simple saltine cracker base, then gets topped with homemade brown sugar toffee, melted white chocolate, and all the Easter candy goodness. Perfect for Easter baskets, dessert boards, or a fun treat to make for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

• Saltine crackers: approx. 40 saltine crackers (about 1 sleeve; enough to line a standard baking sheet)
• Butter: 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
• Brown sugar: 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
• White chocolate chips: 2 cups (about 12 ounces) white chocolate chips or white melting wafers
• Shredded coconut
• Toasted almonds
• Pastel candy-coated chocolates: Easter M&M’s or similar candy-coated chocolate eggs
• Pastel sprinkles: approx. 1/4 cup assorted Easter sprinkles (or to taste)
• Additional toppings (optional): ½ cup total of extras like mini marshmallows, crushed pretzels, chopped nuts, or crushed Oreos for garnish

Pastel layers + Peeps = the CUTEST Easter treat idea 🐣💛🌸

These layered Peeps Rice Krispies eggs are almost too pretty to eat… almost. Using plastic Easter eggs to mold them gives you that perfect egg shape and the color layers turn out so fun and vibrant!

Here’s how I made them:
In four separate bowls, add:
• 1 cup Rice Krispies
• 1½ tbsp butter
• 5 Peeps marshmallows (same color per bowl)

Microwave each bowl for about 30 seconds, or until the marshmallows are melted. Stir really well so the cereal is fully coated and glossy. Repeat with each color so you end up with four bowls of bright, fluffy mixture.

Lightly spray the inside of plastic Easter eggs, then press the colors in layers. Let them set, pop them out, and you’ve got the sweetest little layered treat for baskets, parties, or dessert trays 💕
