If using my homemade icing recipe, these are best served chilled so make them ahead and keep them in the fridge until serving for the perfect texture! I used silicone molds to get that classic “egg” shape and tried both sugar cookie and chocolate chip — highly recommend doing both for variety! Homemade Icing Recipe: • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) • ½ cup butter (softened) • 2 tsp vanilla • 2 cups powdered sugar • Yellow food coloring (optional, for the “yolk” look) Beat together until smooth and creamy.
