used to think vacation style meant easy dresses, busy prints, and letting the outfit do all the work.

What I didn’t realize was that I wasn’t dressing for my body — I was dressing for the destination.

Now, I still want comfort… I just want intention too.

For the longest time I thought something was “off” with my outfits — turns out, I just wasn’t dressing for my body shape.

I’m an inverted triangle, which means my shoulders carry more visual weight than my hips. Once I stopped adding volume to my upper body and started balancing it out instead, everything clicked 💡

This is why:
• clean, open necklines work better
• defined waists matter more than loose volume
• wider-leg bottoms actually create balance

Nothing to hide — just strategy.
