Operation: create a backyard we actually want to hang out in. 🌿 For years we held off on doing anything nice back here — our sweet Great Dane was convinced every cushion and planter was his personal toy. We recently had to say goodbye to him, so this little project is partly a nod to him, and partly just something to keep my hands busy while I’m grieving. The goal: a lush, cozy space I’d rather sit in than any coffee shop patio. I’m brand new to the green-thumb thing, the non-plastic planters are somehow impossible to find, and there’s cozy new furniture on the way — it all lands this week.
