You’ll walk away with several crockpot recipes in your back pocket that you can fall back on when life gets busy! Right now sports and cheer are controlling our evenings and sometimes we are eating different times, so my crockpot saves me this time of year while we’re getting back into routines. WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS EASY CROCKPOT CHILI MAC: Ground beef Onion (diced) 1 15oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes 1 8oz can tomato sauce 1 can chili beans (don’t drain) Beef broth I used the small box (16oz) 1 tablespoon minced garlic Either a chili seasoning packet or: (1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp the blend, 1 tsp paprika, dash of cumin) 2.5 cups macaroni noodles Shredded medium cheddar cheese (reserve some for topping) Toppings optional: cilantro, sour cream, jalapeños, shredded cheese *this one is really good with corn bread!! Cook ground beef and onions and season with half of your seasoning mix, add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili beans, beef broth, garlic, and remaining seasonings. Stir. Set crockpot on high for 3 hours or low for 6. Add 2.5 cups macaroni noodles and shredded cheddar and let cook until noodles are soft and broth is absorbed. About 20-30 minutes.
