The pandemic made me a sneaker girl! I love these white perforated platform sneakers that are not only stylish but they’re also comfortable! I got these a few years back but they’re still my go to pair of shoes - especially whenever I travel! For a day of walking around Balboa Park, I wore these sneakers with an all blue outfit! I layered my periwinkle coat on top of a navy blue sweater and striped collar with a tweed mini skirt.

Whenever I’m looking for a comfortable fit, I opt for oversized pieces. I’m pretty petite so I tend to avoid really big items however sometimes the day calls for a loose fit. I paired my oversized double breasted plaid blazer on top of my high waisted pleated leather midi skirt. There are merlot and burgundy details on my blazer so I wore it with my Merlot and eggshell crossbody bag! Since things were already a bit busy on top, I kept it simple with my two-toned pointy slingbacks.

I’ve been in my home for a little over a month and it’s still bare! I plan on posting more home content very soon! Now that I know where everything is and unboxed all of my important items, I have a better sense of where I want things to be placed. One of my favorite places to look for household items is Home Goods. For today’s adventure, I wore an all black look with a pop of amaranth from my Lady Dior bag. It was cold so I layered my thermal and boucle mini skirt with a thick wool high neck coat and OTK suede boots.

After a few attempts, I was finally able to get my hands on the Naruto pastry. I must say that it didn’t live up to the hype. I was imagining something extraordinary but in my opinion, it was just a rolled croissant filled with cream puff filling. It’s not bad per se, but the fact that it’s the one item that runs out first and customers are limited to just a single one on busy days is absurd.

For the chilly morning, I wore one of my favorite puffers with my sequin tap shorts and v neck sweater.

We walked from the hotel to Lions & Tigers & Squares Detroit Pizzas in Chelsea. I do a tremendous amount of research about cities I visit to ensure I get the best possible experience. One of my holy grails whenever I travel is a raincoat. Regardless of the season, it always manages to rain. I’ve found my raincoat very useful for my travels around Europe during the summer and especially when I’m wandering around the US during Fall or Winter. I now have two trusty lightweight raincoats that I alternate between and they work well on top of all my outfits! Here, I wore it on top of my ribbed sweater and high waisted pleated shorts for a chilly day in Chicago.

Styling can have a drastic impact on the way you present yourself to the world! I know it may not appear like it however, I feel as if I’ve been really lazy with my outfits. Spent the day in Riverside and visited the Mission Inn! Not much has changed since the last time I was there however, there were some spots that were closed off due to slipping hazards from the rain. I survived the brisk cold of NYC in this maxi puffer coat! I bought this during the pandemic on a whim not knowing when I would actually be able to wear it.
