We're firmly Team Decant. There's some upkeep but really, unless you are blowing through bags of baking or spices on a weekly basis, we promise it's not that much. The pros are many (freshness, visibility, and the pretty factor) and if you are worried about expiration dates, it's easy enough to pop a little label on the back. One last pro tip: When restocking, empty out the older contents into a bowl, drop the new in first, and then add the older back in on top.
