Can you believe that this is day two of an unpack for this client? We highly doubt anybody feels like cooking dinner at the end of a big move, but they absolutely could have if they wanted to, thanks to this organization! We always ask our clients to do a big grocery shop which may seem counter-intuitive during a move, but in order to create good systems, we need to know what is actually going to live in a space. Our sweet clients got the memo and had all their typical pantry favorites for us to stock the space and create the perfect systems so that they could settle right in to their new home here in Nashville.

We're firmly Team Decant. There's some upkeep but really, unless you are blowing through bags of baking or spices on a weekly basis, we promise it's not that much. The pros are many (freshness, visibility, and the pretty factor) and if you are worried about expiration dates, it's easy enough to pop a little label on the back.

One last pro tip: When restocking, empty out the older contents into a bowl, drop the new in first, and then add the older back in on top.
