INGREDIENTS 6 apricots, halved and pitted ¾ cup pecans, chopped Lavender Honey, for drizzling (could use reg honey) Whipped Goat Cheese 1 (8-ounce) package goat cheese 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon honey ¼ teaspoon lemon zest INSTRUCTIONS 1. Allow the goat cheese to soften at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. 2. In a food processor, add the goat cheese, yogurt, honey, and lemon zest. 3. Mix together until everything is fully incorporated and the cheese is light and airy. 4.
